Knowledge, skills and abilities
Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
Advanced computer skills (MS Office)
Proficient with spoken & written English
Education and experience
Months to 2 years’ experience in airline cargo, logistics or freight forwarding industry
Dangerous Goods Certification (desirable)
Key Responsibilities:
Cargo Reservation and Operation.
Tele Sales and Customer Service.
IGM Filing for Import Cargo.
Coordinating with PAX team for smooth upliftment.
Collection and segregation for Import Cargo.
Station Pallet shortage follow up and flight planning.
Shipment tracing and issue of Delivery order.
