Position: Assistant Store Manager - Sharath City Mall
Job Description

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in all areas of daily store operations, customer service and merchandising.
Drive sales to meet or exceed store sales targets.
Coordinating, monitoring and reporting on daily operations.
Monitor and assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving new stock and conducting stock checks. Keeping track of fast and slow selling products and report the same to warehouse.
Train, coach, and motivate style associates to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Managing employee schedules, conducting performance reviews, identifying hiring/training needs and enforcing disciplinary actions.
Responsible for entire store operations like VM, stock management, shrinkage prevention etc.
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, managing store expenses, maintaining monthly reports, checklists and preparing reports.
Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functionable and presentable.
Handle complaints from customers.
Ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed, and all employees adhere to the company's policies and guidelines.

Candidate Profile

PUC/Intermediate/Diploma with 4+ years retail fashion industry Or Graduate with 1+ years retail fashion industry.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques
Open to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
