Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Specialist to join our team. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, implementing CRM strategies, and maximizing customer satisfaction and retention and understand to work on volumes of data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage customer data, analyze customer behavior, and identify trends etc.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Retail Stores, Marketing & VM, Sales, and IT to ensure seamless implementation of CRM initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide training and support to staff on CRM best practices and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in CRM management, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
