Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) – Fresher to join our clinical research team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to start their career in clinical trials and gain hands-on exposure to clinical research operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the monitoring and management of clinical trial sites

Support site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out activities

Ensure clinical trials are conducted in compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines

Review and verify clinical trial data for accuracy and completeness

Assist in source data verification (SDV)

Support documentation such as Trial Master File (TMF) and Investigator Site File (ISF)

Coordinate with investigators, site staff, and internal teams

Report protocol deviations, adverse events, and site issues to the senior CRA or project manager

Maintain timely and accurate study reports

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Basic understanding of Clinical Research, ICH-GCP, and regulatory guidelines

Good documentation and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic knowledge of clinical trial phases and processes

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel (if required)

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Diploma or Certification in Clinical Research (preferred but not mandatory)
