Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive strategic, high-quality hiring across India and global markets. This role requires deep expertise in headhunting, market mapping, ATS management, and employer branding, with a strong focus on niche and leadership hiring.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Recruitment & Sourcing

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across functions
- Drive headhunting and passive talent sourcing for niche and hard-to-fill positions
- Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence to support hiring strategy and workforce planning
- Partner with business leaders as a strategic hiring advisor

Global Hiring

- Support global recruitment initiatives, coordinating across geographies and time zones
- Build international talent pipelines for current and future requirements

ATS & Process Excellence

- Own and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and reporting
- Improve recruitment workflows, TAT, and quality of hire through process optimization
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics and dashboards

Employer Branding

- Strengthen employer branding initiatives in collaboration with marketing and leadership
- Drive visibility through Linked In, job portals, talent communities, and campus/industry engagement
- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience aligned with EC-Council's brand

Desired Skills & Experience

- 8-12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong hands-on experience in headhunting, market mapping, and ATS management
- Exposure to global / international recruitment (added advantage)
- Experience hiring for Technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or education domains preferred
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
