Work you'll do

The current opening is for a manager who would lead our onboarding programs for USI Consulting. The scope of work for this position will cover

Partnering with talent acquisition and learning partners and key business stakeholders to plan and deliver the onboarding training for new hires across all locations in USI.
Partner with SMEs and US teams to keep the content of the program relevant and effective. This part of the role will cover
Building and maintaining a high touch learning culture while generating excitement and predictability around learning within the practice.
Taking decisions around development and its alignment with the business and talent strategy.
Continuously work on building impact and relevance to business need by working on learner feedback and business recommended changes

Job Responsibilities:

Strategy & Vision:

Work with Learning Leads and key business stakeholders to plan the onboarding for new hires across all locations in US India.
Provide input into the annual plan and budget to execute relevant learning and talent development activities.
Set strategic direction and scope of work based on the vision articulated by USI Consulting Development CoE Leader and the Practice Leadership
Refine and action such scope of work through regular interactions with Business Talent Leaders, Consulting talent leaders and US/USI Consulting Development COE leaders.

Design

Partner with SMEs and US teams to ensure training materials are most up to date.
Provide input into the development and maintenance of learning and development roadmaps to build and deliver required capabilities.
Continuously look for new ways to bring leading edge technologies and concepts to enhance the learning of practitioners.
Lead the design and delivery of uniquely offered learning program in the business.
Act as an SME on the use of firm wide development frameworks such as Bersin's 4E Model and 6D Design Framework
Work on building learnings and development journeys for the end to end development of the practioners

Program Management:

Work with a team to plan and run all aspects of development programs, partner with the business, vendors and HR teams. This includes participant registration, facilitator onboarding and retention, train the trainer workshops and end to end program management.
Continuously identify opportunities for efficiency in all aspects of program management to help in scalability.
Ensure excellent practitioner experience through delivery and seek feedback regularly to determine ROI.
Partner with the Learning Delivery and Evaluations teams to use best-in-class core talent development processes for communications, classroom delivery, metrics, reporting, and solution support.
Lead a project team and oversee the delivery of all existing and to be introduced Consulting milestone programs and external curriculum portfolio.

Budget   :

Manage L&D investment through effective planning, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.
Basis detailed multi-dimensional discussions, create yearly budget plans, track spending, report out at an OP level, manage reforecasts and ensure accrual process is followed through for each period during the fiscal.

Metrics/Reporting:

Use learning measurement and analytics to assess program efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that all key learning metrics are measured, published and leveraged for decision making.
Demonstrate initiative in gathering feedback and data from practitioners, improving learning and development programs, and constantly moving learning to the next level.
