Job Description     Provide legal advice and guidance on regulatory and compliance matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
Ensure adherence to legal standards and corporate policies.
Manage disputes, litigation, and external legal counsel.
Support internal stakeholders with legal insights for decision-making.
Oversee corporate governance and ensure best practices are followed.
Monitor changes in public sector regulations and implement necessary measures.
Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with organizational goals.
The Successful Applicant    A successful General Counsel should have:
A degree in Law from a recognized institution.
Proven expertise in public sector legal frameworks and policies.
Experience in managing legal teams and external counsel.
Strong skills in contract negotiation and corporate governance.
An understanding of legal issues within state-owned companies.
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
