Job Summary
San Quest Inc. is seeking a highly experienced IT Bench Sales Recruiter with a strong and proven background in U.S. Bench Sales operations to join our Hyderabad team.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience marketing bench consultants , managing vendor relationships , handling C2C, W2 and full-time placements , and coordinating interviews across U.S. clients. This role requires a deep understanding of IT technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage the complete bench sales lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities
Strong Bench Sales
Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years of dedicated IT Bench Sales experience in the U.S. staffing market.
Actively market bench consultants to vendors, implementation partners, and end clients .
Handle daily vendor calls, rate negotiations, follow-ups, and submissions .
Consultant Marketing & Screening:
Clearly explain job requirements to consultants and align them with suitable opportunities.
Conduct initial technical screenings to validate consultant readiness and skills.
Coordinate interview scheduling and manage end-to-end interview processes.
Technical Understanding:
Strong conceptual knowledge of technologies such as Java, Data Engineering, and Data Scientist, IAM Sailpoint.
Ability to understand client requirements and position consultants effectively.
W2 / Full-Time Hiring Expertise:
Proven experience working on W2 and full-time placements .
Ensure compliance with documentation, onboarding, and placement requirements.
Mentorship & Consultant Support:
Guide and mentor consultants on resume marketing, interview preparation, and client expectations.
Support consultants throughout their assignment lifecycle.
Vendor & Client Coordination:
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients through regular communication.
Track submissions, interview feedback, and placement status accurately.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other sales and recruitment tasks as assigned by management.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Prior experience in a U.S. IT staffing/bench sales environment .
Exposure to IT training or consultant grooming programs is a plus.
Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently in a high-pressure, target-driven environment .
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field .
