What You’ll Do
Shadow clinicians across departments to uncover high-value problems.
Drive our  innovation funnel  and enable evidence-based kill/go decisions.
Apply a  US/global market lens  to every clinical opportunity.
Define  data capture + ground truth  strategies for AI development.
Write sharp  Problem Definition Sheets  for engineering teams.
Conduct rapid  literature reviews  for scientific grounding.

Who You Are
MBBS is a MUST  (OR exceptional Biomedical/Clinical Engineering candidates with hands-on hospital experience.)
Strong conceptual understanding of  AI/ML, CV, NLP, sensors .
Awareness of  global healthcare systems , device pathways, and regulatory logic.
Curious, analytical, and comfortable prioritizing only globally scalable problems.
