Position: Network Engineer (Immediate Joiner)

Network Engineer (L1) – Hyderabad (Work From Office)

Location:

Hyderabad
Work Mode:  Work From Office

Shift:  Australian Time Zone (24/7 support & rotational shifts)
Notice Period:  Immediate to 15 days preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L1 level support for Global IT infrastructure.
Monitor network performance using tools like  Solar Winds, Manage Engine, Cisco Prime, NAGIOS .
Perform proactive monitoring of  Cisco R&S ,  HP Aruba ,  Ruckus Wireless ,  WAN  and  ISP links .
Handle bandwidth utilization analysis and generate availability and trend reports.
Respond to alerts/notifications configured in monitoring systems.
Carry out basic network operations:  VLAN creation, port/user mapping, DHCP, wireless connectivity troubleshooting , etc.
Coordinate with ISPs and third-party vendors for issue resolution.
Follow ITIL processes for  Incident, Problem, Change & Configuration Management .
Work with ticketing tools like  Service Now  for issue tracking and resolution.

Technical

Experience:

1 to 3 years of experience in a global IT support environment.
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and network gear.
Familiarity with LAN/WAN bandwidth and performance monitoring.
Experience in generating technical reports for clients or management.
Exposure to global customer support environments.

Required Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with Global IT support operations.
Proficient in monitoring and ticketing tools.

Preferred

Skills:

Understanding of ITIL framework and processes.
CCNA certification  is a strong advantage.
