Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Install, commission, and test IoT hardware, sensors, gateways, and related peripherals at customer locations
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective servicing of deployed IoT systems
Diagnose hardware, connectivity, power, and basic software-related issues on-site
Configure devices, SIMs, and basic network parameters as per installation guidelines
Ensure proper cabling, mounting, and electrical connections following safety standards
Update installation reports, service logs, and checklists using computer/mobile-based tools
Coordinate with the central technical/support team for issue resolution and escalations
Educate customers on basic system usage and report operational feedback
Ensure timely completion of assigned site visits
