Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical and Product Architect / Full Stack Developer to lead the end-to-end design, development, and management of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across full-stack technologies, product architecture, and lifecycle ownership — from requirement gathering to production deployment and long-term application support.
This role demands strong technical leadership, hands-on coding ability, and an analytical product mindset to transform business requirements into robust, high-performing software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Architecture & Design
Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance full-stack solutions using Node.js, React.js, Postgre

SQL, and MySQL.
Define and enforce best practices in coding, design patterns, modular architecture, and system security.
Own the technology roadmap and contribute to product design and engineering strategy.
Full Stack Development
Lead and actively contribute to full-stack development using:
Backend:
Node.js (Express, Nest.js, REST APIs)
Frontend:
React.js (Hooks, Redux, Type Script)
Databases:
Postgre

SQL, MySQL
Build reusable and scalable UI components and backend services.
Requirement Gathering & Product Ownership
Work directly with business stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate product requirements into scalable and technically sound architectures.
Participate in defining MVPs and product iterations.
Application & Deployment Management
Oversee the end-to-end SDLC including development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Lead CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment processes using tools like Docker, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent.
Ensure monitoring, logging, error tracking, and performance optimization in production.
Leadership & Mentoring
Provide technical leadership to a team of developers and engineers.
Conduct code reviews, mentoring, and training sessions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Dev Ops, Product Managers, and UI/UX teams.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

8 –15 years of progressive experience in software development and technical leadership.
Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, React.js, Postgre

SQL, and MySQL.
Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end architecture for complex systems.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern frontend architecture.
Experience in deployment processes:
Docker, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a product-focused mindset.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.

Nice to Have:

Experience with No

SQL databases like Mongo

DB or Redis.
Exposure to Graph

QL, Type Script, Web Sockets.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Prior experience in application lifecycle management and performance tuning.
