Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 5+ years of proven success in US IT staffing. This role requires someone who can aggressively market bench consultants, drive high daily submission volumes, and consistently close positions through strong prime vendor and client relationships.
This is a performance-driven, submission-heavy role requiring speed, ownership, and strong market understanding.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales
Must be currently local to Hyderabad and available to work onsite
Strong experience marketing C2C and W2 consultants
Proven ability to generate high-volume daily submissions to prime vendors and direct clients
Active network of prime vendors, MSPs, and implementation partners
Strong rate negotiation and closing skills
Experience working with senior-level consultants (8–12+ years preferred)
Deep understanding of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, etc.)
Ability to follow up aggressively and convert submissions into interviews
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience using ATS/CRM tools (Ceipal or similar)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong documentation and compliance understanding
