Role
We are looking for a data-driven and strategic SEO Specialist to improve organic visibility, increase qualified traffic, and support revenue growth. This role goes beyond keyword ranking. You will work closely with content, web, and performance marketing teams to build scalable search strategies aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy & Planning Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives
Conduct keyword research focused on search intent and revenue opportunities
Build topical authority frameworks and content roadmaps
Identify growth opportunities across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
2. Technical SEO Perform regular technical audits (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema, site structure)
Optimize site architecture and internal linking
Work with developers to implement fixes and performance improvements
Monitor website health using tools like Google Search Console
3. On-Page Optimization Optimize landing pages, blog posts, and product pages
Improve meta titles, descriptions, headers, and content structure
Ensure alignment between search intent and content depth
Implement schema markup and rich snippet optimization
4. Content & Authority Building Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-driven content
Identify backlink opportunities and manage outreach campaigns
Track competitor SEO strategies and market positioning
5. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, conversions
Build dashboards and performance reports
Provide actionable insights to improve performance
Align SEO performance with lead generation and revenue impact
Required
Skills & Qualifications 2 to 5 years of hands-on SEO experience
Strong understanding of technical SEO principles
Experience with tools such as:
Google Analytics
Google Search Console
SEMrush / Ahrefs
Screaming Frog
Knowledge of HTML basics and CMS platforms (Word Press preferred)
Ability to analyze data and convert insights into strategy
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B or Private Equity portfolio companies
Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and site speed optimization
Understanding of conversion optimization
Experience managing enterprise websites
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Growth in organic traffic
Increase in keyword rankings for priority terms
Improvement in organic lead generation
Technical SEO score improvements
Increase in domain authority/backlink quality
