Network Security - Zscaler

We are looking for a highly skilled  Zscaler Engineer  to join a dynamic cybersecurity team supporting enterprise-wide Zero Trust transformation initiatives.
This role will be instrumental in managing and optimizing Zscaler security platforms, ensuring secure web access, safeguarding cloud applications, and strengthening data loss prevention strategies across the organization.

Exp: 5-8 years

Key Responsibilities:

Support and manage  Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)  and  Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)  platforms.
Configure and maintain traffic forwarding mechanisms such as  ZCC agents, PAC files, GRE/IPsec tunnels , and authentication integrations.
Optimize Zscaler policies including SSL inspection, threat protection, and access controls.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, networking, and cloud teams to enhance overall security posture.
Ensure compliance, vulnerability remediation, and platform upgrades in coordination with Zscaler support.
Develop runbooks, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

6+ years of experience in Network Security, Cloud Security, or Zero Trust Engineering.
Strong hands-on expertise with  ZIA, ZPA, ZCC, GRE/IPsec tunnels, identity integrations .
In-depth understanding of  DLP concepts  across cloud, endpoint, and network environments.

Experience with  CASB technologies and SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) .
Strong understanding of  SASE architecture, SSL/TLS inspection, authentication flows, and network protocols .
Exposure to cloud platforms such as  Azure, AWS, or GCP .
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex security and connectivity issues.
