Overview

We are seeking an experienced L2 Network Engineer with hands-on expertise in routing, switching, wireless troubleshooting, and exposure to Juniper devices. The ideal candidate will work closely with global teams, handle escalations, and ensure seamless network performance across multiple sites.

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide L2-level support for Routing & Switching environments.

Perform end-to-end wireless troubleshooting (e.g., “Connected to Wi-Fi but no internet”).

Work on Juniper devices for configuration, diagnostics, and problem resolution.

Map Juniper-based troubleshooting steps to Cisco device methodologies.

Handle real-time troubleshooting for international client sites across 450 locations.

Interact with global stakeholders and articulate technical issues clearly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain network stability.

Participate in root cause analysis and provide resolution documentation.

Key Skills & Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer (L2).
Strong expertise in Routing & Switching.
Proven experience in wireless troubleshooting (connectivity, authentication, performance issues).
Hands-on experience with Juniper devices;
Juniper certification is a plus.
Ability to correlate Juniper commands/troubleshooting with Cisco equivalents.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-location global environments.
