Role - Rev Ops Data Analyst or AM Data Analyst
We are looking for a proactive and agile professional who can manage complex data operations while also supporting day‑to‑day office administration. This hybrid role combines Rev Ops/AM Data Analyst responsibilities with corporate administrative support , requiring someone who is flexible, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Integrity: Manage, clean, and merge data from multiple sources (e.g., Salesforce, Finance, Legal, Delivery) to establish and maintain a reliable “single source of truth.”
Process Automation: Improve and automate repetitive data collection and reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including senior leaders, to follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
AM Operational Support: Provide accurate data for internal reviews, customer meetings, and QBRs to support the Account Management function.
Office Administration: Oversee general office operations, ensuring smooth administrative functioning and continuity in the Hyderabad office during the transition.
What We’re Looking For
Background in small to mid-sized SaaS, software development, or Fin Tech environments .
Strong agility and comfort working in an evolving, fast-moving setup.
Hands-on experience managing messy and fragmented datasets .
A proactive mindset with the confidence to drive accountability across teams.
Willingness to handle a blend of data operations and corporate admin tasks.
