Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze, design, and support the implementation of business-specific Pega solutions and frameworks.
Implement technical solutions using Pega 8.8.X and Pega Healthcare Management.
Develop reusable components for enterprise-wide adoption to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications using Pega BPM methodology.
Implement and manage Pega integration services and leverage advanced case management capabilities.
Conduct code reviews and design reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Assist in planning and executing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Provide regular project updates to product owners and leadership regarding progress and key risks.
Resolve escalations and communicate resolution outcomes to operations leadership.
Participate in peer reviews of solution designs, configurations, and related code.
Support packaging, release management, and deployment activities.
Analyze and resolve technical and application issues while monitoring system performance and stability.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies and design sessions to improve operational, performance, and cost efficiency.
Skills Required:
Strong hands-on experience in Pega development, including application design and implementation.
Expertise in Pega 8.8.X platform capabilities and case management frameworks.
Experience working with Pega Healthcare Management solutions.
Solid understanding of Pega BPM methodology and best practices.
Experience implementing Pega integration services and enterprise-level workflows.
Knowledge of performance tuning, system optimization, and application troubleshooting.
Experience working in Agile environments and participating in Scrum practices.
Pega CSSA certification knowledge and exposure to advanced Pega certifications.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is strongly preferred
