We are seeking SAS Data Analyst with hands on experience in SAS, Advance SQL, SQL complex Queries, etc.,

What You'll Do:
Analyze and understand data used in credit decisioning across multiple systems.
Track and verify data movement through all stages of the migration pipeline (SOR → ODS → FICO → downstream systems).
Perform source-to-target data mapping and identify required data transformations.
Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency at each migration checkpoint.
Develop and execute SAS programs for data validation, profiling, and testing.
Use Advanced SQL to perform detailed data checks, comparisons, and analysis.
Test FICO business rules to confirm accurate system behavior and expected outcomes.
Prepare test datasets, run test scenarios, and document results.
Highlight data quality issues, create basic reports/summary findings, and communicate impacts.
Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams, SMEs, and technical partners to refine test cases and ensure smooth migration.
Expertise You'll Bring:
Strong hands-on experience with SAS (Base SAS, macros, data steps).
Proficiency in Advanced SQL, including complex query writing and performance tuning.
Experience working with large datasets and validating data through multi-layered systems.
Good understanding of data mapping, transformation rules, and data quality checks.
Ability to test and validate FICO rules or similar decisioning logic.
Strong analytical skills to identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and root causes.
Experience preparing, executing, and documenting test cases for data migration projects.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business, credit risk, and technical teams.
Strong communication skills to clearly present findings, issues, and recommendations.
