As an Account Manager – Digital Marketing , you will be the primary point of contact for clients , ensuring marketing initiatives are executed smoothly, timelines are met, KPIs are tracked, and client relationships are strong.

Your mission:
Ensure strategy converts into flawless delivery — every single time.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project delivery across 10–20 client accounts
Create structured 30/60/90-day execution roadmaps
Ensure 95%+ on-time completion of deliverables
Break strategy into actionable tasks with clear ownership
Coordinate across PPC, Creative, Web, CRM & Automation teams
Monitor campaign launches, funnel deployments & reporting cycles
Identify risks early and resolve issues within 24–48 hours
Prevent scope creep and protect account profitability
Conduct weekly execution and KPI review meetings
Maintain SOPs, documentation, and workflow discipline
Drive operational efficiency improvements
Performance KPIs

90%+ Client Retention
35%+ Account Margin Protection
95%+ Task Completion Rate
Zero major unresolved escalations
This is a performance-based role.
Skills Required:
Execution & Delivery Management
Strong ability to structure projects, create timelines, and ensure 95%+ on-time delivery across multiple client accounts.
Cross-Functional Team Coordination
Proven capability to manage PPC, Creative, Web, CRM, and Automation teams with clarity and accountability.
Project Management Tools Proficiency
Hands-on experience with tools such as Click Up, Asana, Notion, Jira, or , along with strong command of Google Sheets/Excel for KPI tracking and reporting.
Risk Mitigation & Problem-Solving
Ability to identify execution risks early, resolve escalations within 24–48 hours, and prevent recurring operational failures.
Digital Marketing & KPI Understanding
Working knowledge of marketing funnels, paid ads ecosystems, CRM integrations, automation workflows, and performance metrics.
