Client Growth Manager – Digital Marketing

Brilliant Brains is a fast-growing  AI-powered digital marketing agency  working with brands across India, UAE, and the UK.
We’re looking for a  client-facing Account Manager with strong digital marketing understanding  who can manage accounts, coordinate teams, and ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Role Overview  As an  Account Manager – Digital Marketing , you will be the  primary point of contact for clients , ensuring marketing initiatives are executed smoothly, timelines are met, KPIs are tracked, and client relationships are strong.

Key Responsibilities   Act as the  main client contact  for assigned digital marketing accounts
Understand client goals, KPIs, and business objectives
Coordinate with  PPC, Social Media, Content, Design, Web & Growth teams
Work closely with the Project Manager to track delivery timelines and approvals
Manage client communication, feedback, and expectation setting
Ensure campaigns, creatives, and reports are delivered on time
Monitor account-level performance and flag risks or opportunities
Support account renewals, upsells, and long-term client retention
Maintain documentation, trackers, and client reports
Skills & Experience Required   3–6 years experience as an  Account Manager  in a digital marketing agency
Strong understanding of  digital marketing channels  (PPC, Social, SEO, Content, Funnels)
Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
Strong coordination, organisation, and follow-up abilities
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

Experience with tools like Click Up, Asana, Notion, CRM systems
Data-aware mindset and ability to interpret marketing KPIs
