We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who is passionate about numbers, strategy, and ROI — someone who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Performance Marketer , you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), You Tube, Linked In, and website ad networks .
Your primary goal will be to achieve client targets within the given budget while continuously improving performance through data-driven decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Search, Display, You Tube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Linked In Ads
Run and optimize lead generation, traffic, conversion, and remarketing campaigns
Manage Google My Business promotions and location-based campaigns where required
Optimization & Performance Tracking
Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
Implement and test different bidding strategies, ad copies, creatives, and targeting options
Perform A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages
Budget & Target Management
Ensure campaigns achieve client goals within the allocated budgets
Allocate and reallocate spends based on performance
Prepare performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients
Strategy & Growth
Stay updated with new ad formats, policies, and platform updates
Research competitor ad strategies and market trends
Suggest new campaign ideas and scaling strategies
REQUIREMENTS:
1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid ads
Strong working knowledge of:
✅ Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube)
✅ Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
✅ Linked In Ads (preferred)
Clear understanding of ad types, targeting methods, bidding strategies, and campaign structures
Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic analytics (Google Analytics / GA4)
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and budgets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Goal-oriented mindset with focus on ROI and lead quality
