Role Description
We are hiring a Demand Generation & GTM Lead to design and run a multi-pronged pipeline engine across Linked In, cold email, and in-person events.
As we’re seeing early GTM traction, we want to double down and build a more structured, scalable demand engine.
This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving startup environment.
If you’ve built pipeline using coordinated Linked In + email + event strategies — and you’re comfortable owning meeting numbers — this role is for you.
This is a strategic + execution role. You won’t just “support” GTM — you’ll own meeting generation and continuously improve the system.

What You’ll Own
Linked In Growth + Pipeline
• Build and execute Linked In growth strategy
• Create high-quality content + engagement loops
• Convert Linked In activity into qualified meetings
• Manage outreach motions on Linked In (targeting, sequencing, follow-ups)
Email Campaigns (Cold + Nurture)
• Build ICP-aligned email sequences (research, messaging, follow-ups)
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, hooks, and CTAs
• Coordinate email + Linked In touch patterns (multi-touch orchestration)
• Track deliverability, reply rates, meeting conversion rates
In-Person Events (Strategy + Execution)
• Track and shortlist relevant industry events/conferences
• Recommend attend vs sponsor vs skip based on ICP density + ROI
• Build target account lists for each event
• Run pre-event outreach, in-event meeting scheduling support, and post-event follow-ups
• Maintain an event calendar tied to pipeline goals
Pipeline Ownership + Reporting
• Own qualified meeting targets
• Weekly KPI dashboard: acceptance rate, reply rate, positive reply rate, meetings booked, show rate
• Continuous optimization based on data
Team Enablement
• Manage a junior outbound teammate and improve execution quality
• Build playbooks, templates, and repeatable processes

Who We’re Looking For
• 4–7 years in B2B SaaS demand gen / outbound / growth
• Proven experience running Linked In + cold email + event-driven outreach together
• Strong writing & positioning skills (non-generic messaging)
• Analytical and comfortable with conversion math
• Startup mindset: ownership, speed, accountability

Compensation: market based + performance bonus tied to qualified meetings/SQLs
