Guidewire Integration Developer, Bengaluru

Job Description of the role:

Experience:

5–6+ years of professional experience in Guidewire development, with a minimum of 2 full-cycle Guidewire implementations.

Certification:  Guidewire Cloud Ace or Associate certification is required. As of late 2025/2026, the "Ace" credential validates advanced mastery in applying Guidewire coding and performance best practices specifically for cloud-hosted environments.

Technical

Skills:

Deep proficiency in GOSU, Java, XML/JSON, and SQL.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain, including policy life cycles (Quote-to-Bind) and claims processing.

Cloud-Native Integration :
Design and build integrations using the Guidewire Cloud Integration Framework, specifically leveraging the Integration Gateway (based on Apache Camel) to decouple integration logic from core business logic.

API Management: D evelop and consume robust RESTful Cloud APIs and maintain secure web services (SOAP/REST) for real-time data exchange with vendors such as rating engines, payment gateways, and document management systems.
