Role Overview :
As a Service Now Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and translating business needs into Service Now solutions. You will be the functional liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders and play a key role in driving Service Now projects through all stages of implementation.

Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements related to Service Now modules (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, IRM, etc.).
Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
Create user stories, use cases, process maps, and functional specifications.
Assist in planning and managing testing efforts including UAT coordination.
Support Service Now configuration, development, and implementation teams.
Assist with defining KPIs and dashboards within Performance Analytics.
Prepare training documentation and facilitate end-user training sessions.
Work closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters in Agile projects.
Track requirements traceability through to deployment and user acceptance.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Mandatory

Skills:

4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in Service Now implementation/support.
Strong exposure to ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
Familiarity with IRM/GRC/VRM/BCM modules is a plus.
Hands-on with writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs.
Experience in workflow and process mapping (BPMN/Visio).
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
