We are seeking an experienced AI Lead to drive implementations of AI-driven, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and modern data engineering practices. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions in an innovation-driven environment.

What are the primary responsibilities of the Role?
Develop AI solutions, including Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) using frameworks like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Semantic Kernel, and Hugging Face.
Deploy RAG pipelines using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and vector databases for enterprise knowledge management.
Integrate multimodal data sources (text, images, documents) into RAG workflows to enhance chatbot and Copilot Studio capabilities.
Design and implement prompt engineering strategies for Copilot Studio, optimizing user experience and accuracy in enterprise copilots.
Implement cloud migration strategies for monolithic systems to microservices/serverless architectures using AWS/Azure.
Lead development of document automation systems leveraging models such as Azure OpenAI Services, AWS Bedrock, and Agentic AI workflows.
Optimize data lakes, ETL pipelines, and data injection processes.
Build centralized agents for intelligent content discovery and sentiment analysis.
Ensure application and pipeline security with private VNets, private endpoints, and container security tools.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, perform vulnerability analysis, and ensure compliance.
Guide modernization initiatives across app stacks and coordinate with business stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams during all phases of the SDLC.
Collaborate with product and business teams to identify high-impact use cases for Generative AI and Copilot Studio, translating requirements into scalable solutions.
Evaluate and implement security, compliance, and responsible AI practices for all Gen AI and Copilot deployments.
