Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Agile expertise and Insurance domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring successful delivery of software development projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, Azure Dev Ops (ADO), and Confluence, and be capable of driving Agile best practices across teams.

Key Responsibilities
Agile Practices & Delivery
Apply Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe framework in project execution.
Champion the use of metrics and objective measures to improve team performance.
Implement Agile techniques across different work cultures and environments.
Manage Agile projects of varying size and complexity.
Communicate Agile principles, Scrum practices, and operating models across the organization.
Conduct daily follow-ups with team members to ensure project progress and goal achievement.
Facilitate daily stand-ups and Agile ceremonies with cross-functional teams.
Maintain objectivity and troubleshoot issues using Agile principles.
Support resource allocation to maintain Agile practices and ensure smooth project delivery.
Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching.

Business Analysis & Requirement Management
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Track and manage requirements using Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and Confluence.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather and validate requirements.
Create and maintain project documentation including:
Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
Functional Specifications
User Stories
Test Cases
Define and document business processes, workflows, and wireframes.
Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
Support QA teams with test scenarios, test case reviews, and defect triage.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize deliverables and manage project tasks.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear communication.

Mandatory

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong Insurance domain knowledge.
Experience working on software development projects.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
Confluence

Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
Certification as Agile Coach or Scrum Master is mandatory.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
