Job Description
The SEO Analyst will be responsible for driving organic growth through comprehensive SEO strategies that encompass traditional search optimization and next-generation search experiences. This role requires staying at the forefront of SEO evolution, including AI-powered search, answer engines, and search experience optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic SEO Management:
1.
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies incorporating traditional SEO, AIO, AEO, GEO, and SXO principles to maximize organic visibility across all search touchpoints
2.
Optimize content and technical elements for AI-powered search engines and generative AI platforms (Google SGE, Bing Chat, Perplexity, etc.)
3.
Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies to capture featured snippets, knowledge panels, People Also Ask sections, and voice search results
4.
Enhance Search Experience Optimization (SXO) by aligning SEO efforts with user experience, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and engagement metrics
5.
Monitor and improve E-E-A-T signals through content strategy, author credentials, citations, and trust-building initiatives
Technical SEO & Performance:
6. Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits identifying crawlability issues, indexation problems, site architecture flaws, and Core Web Vitals optimization opportunities
7.
Implement and maintain structured data markup (Schema.org) to enable rich results, increase SERP visibility, and improve AI understanding of content
8.
Diagnose and prioritize website performance issues including page speed, mobile usability, JavaScript rendering, and crawl efficiency
9.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website architecture, including proper implementation of hreflang, canonical tags, and XML sitemaps
10.
Monitor Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) and work cross-functionally to achieve optimal page experience scores
Content & Keyword Strategy: 11. Conduct advanced keyword research analyzing search intent, semantic relationships, and topic clusters for traditional and AI-driven search
12.
Optimize content for natural language processing (NLP) and entity-based search, ensuring content answers user queries…
