Job Description –

Service Portal + Platform + Integrations+ Certification OR Module

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust solutions on the Service Now platform, including custom applications, scripted components, and business rules.

• Build and customize Service Portal widgets, themes, and pages to deliver intuitive user experiences.

• Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations with external systems using Scripted REST APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.

• Maintain and enhance Catalog Items, Flows, Workflows, UI Policies, and Client/Server scripts.

• Ensure platform compliance with Service Now best practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and test cases.

• Troubleshoot issues across development, testing, and production environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience with Service Now platform development.

• Strong experience in REST/SOAP web services, OAuth, and external system integration.

• 2+ years of working experience in JavaScript, Glide API, and Angular

JS (for Service Portal widgets).

• Hands-on experience with Scripted REST APIs, Integration Hub, and Scoped Applications.

• Good understanding of Service Now data model, CMDB, ACLs, and security best practices.

• Experience in developing responsive UI components using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.

• Familiar with Agile/Scrum development lifecycle.
