In This Role, You Will
- · Contribute to large-scale planning of strategies

· Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with the technology domain, including upgrades and deployments

· Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures

· Resolve moderately complex issues and meet existing client needs or potential new clients’ needs while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements

· Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and product owners to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals

Required Qualifications:

· 4+ years of Software Engineering experience.

Qualifications:

· 4+ years of Service Now HRSD development in an enterprise environment.

· Strong technical experience in implementing solutions - by configuring and customizing - for all Service Now HRSD product modules.

· Experience in all Service Now HRSD product modules like - Onboarding, Offboarding, Case, Knowledge, HR Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics Integrations, Service Portal, etc.

· Strong scripting ability using JavaScript and Service Now APIs.

· Ability to write/troubleshoot/enhance custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, data policies, UI scripts, ACLs.

· Ability to troubleshoot medium-to-complex configuration/scripting issues.

· Well-versed with various integration mechanisms with Service Now and must have strong experience in handling integrations with different 3rd party products.

· Well-versed with Flow Designer and Integration Hub, apart from traditional Workflows.

· Well-versed in Service Now Performance Analytics.

· Strong oral and written communication skills.

· Service Now Certified Administrator /Service Now Certified Application Developer (Any One of these)

· Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – HR (Must)

· Continuously improves upon current platform knowledge by learning new applications, studying new release notes, maintaining certifications, and broadening skill sets.

· Should be creative and innovative to implement solutions by utilizing the platform's features as per requirements.

Job Expectations:

· Perform Technical Analysis on the Service Now applications and modules

· Perform Service Now application configuration/development as per planned user stories

· Perform code reviews for other developers in the team whenever required.

· Drive and adhere to Service Now development best practices.

· Work closely with Service Now product owners to build requested items and work on the stories.

· Well-versed with various integration mechanisms with Service Now, and must have strong experience in handling integrations with different 3rd party products

· Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, and related components.

· Create or update Service Now reports and dashboards

· Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities and styles
