Position: Performance Marketer
The Role

For Men ((Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).) is a men’s wellness brand selling personal care, grooming, and intimate wellness products.

You’ll own paid performance across Quick Commerce and other platforms - keyword strategy, bidding, banner ads, listing optimisation, and budget allocation. The goal is profitable growth: hit ROAS targets while scaling spend. You’ll work directly with the founding team and coordinate with ops on inventory and promotions.

What You will do

• Run and optimise paid campaigns on Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, 1mg, and Pharm Easy, Meta, Google and other platforms - keyword bidding, search ads, banner placements, sponsored listings

• Monitor performance daily: ROAS, CPC, GMV, conversion rates - and act on it same-day

• Manage budgets and bids across platforms, reallocating spend based on what’s working

• Test and iterate on thumbnails, titles, and listing content to improve CTR and conversion

• Report weekly performance with clear analysis of what moved and why

Requirements

• 1–3 years running paid ads on platforms like Google, Meta and others - this is non-negotiable

• Experience and knowledge of running ad campaigns on Quick Commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart)

• Hands-on experience with keyword strategy, bid management, and campaign structure on these platforms

• Comfortable with data - you can pull reports, spot patterns, and make decisions quickly

• D2C or FMCG brand experience preferred

• Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate; this is on-site

• Experience with Amazon/Flipkart sponsored ads

• Experience in personal care, wellness, or restricted ad categories
