Description:

We are looking for an experienced Pega expert with hands-on expertise in the  CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) and KYC (Know Your Customer) frameworks to join our dynamic team.  T he ideal candidate should have a strong background in Pega development,  especially in the financial services domain, with a solid understanding of onboarding, due diligence, and regulatory compliance processes.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Essential Technical

Qualification:

• Mandatory - CSSA certification.

• Pega Developer with 4 to 5 years of overall IT experience, including at least 4+ years relevant experience in
Pega development with minimum 1-3 project implementations.

• Strong hands-on experience with Pega CLM/KYC frameworks (preferably versions 7.4 and above).

• Good understanding of financial services, client onboarding, and regulatory KYC requirements.

• Hands on experience in coding, implementation, integration, development, designing & deployment.

• Understanding of Case management concepts & Connectors and Services.

• In depth knowledge about Activities, Flows, Declarative Rules, Decision Rules.

• Debugging Skills & User Interfaces in PRPC. (Clipboard, PAL, Rules Inspector, TRACER, Harness, Section etc)

• Strong understanding of data modelling and database concepts.

• Must have working knowledge on Agents and Reports.

• Excellent skills in customer interaction and communication.

• Experience in working on Agile/Scrum methodologies.
