Software Engineer - ML

Required Skills

- Education:

B.Tech / B.E or ME/ M.Tech / MCA

- Experience:

5-8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on systems handling large-scale data operations.
- Strong foundation in Machine Learning concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, etc.).
- Good programming skills in Python (or similar languages like R, Java, C++).
- ML Tools:
Hands-on with libraries like scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Keras.
- Foundational Knowledge:
Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, statistics, and DBMS.
- Communication:
Excellent verbal and written skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Data Tools:
Familiar with Pandas, Num Py, SQL.

- Soft Skills:

Analytical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork.

Desired Skills

- Advanced ML Areas:
Exposure to deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Cloud Platforms:
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Version Control:
Familiarity with Git.
- MLOps:
Understanding of MLOps and pipeline concepts (bonus).
