Overview:

Azure Managed Services Providers are IT professionals responsible for managing and monitoring the operations and infrastructure of Azure cloud platforms

Expertise with version control systems (such as Git, Azure Dev Ops). Deep understanding of Azure core services including Azure Compute, Storage, Network, and Security. Expert level experience with additional Azure services including Azure Virtual Desktop, Logic Apps, Analytics, etc. Vast understanding of additional technologies including DNS, Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory

Responsibilities:

Include but not limited to:

• Managing, monitoring, and resolving issues in the Azure cloud environment

• Designing and implementing Azure cloud solutions to meet the needs of the client

• Performing routine checks and maintaining the system to ensure the security and integrity of data

• Optimizing cloud resources to deliver cost-effective solutions

• Ensuring compliance with industry and company standards

• Providing technical support and training to users to increase system performance and value

• Collaborating with teams to integrate cloud services with existing systems

• Developing and implementing disaster recovery plans and data backups

• Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for cloud processes and services

• Work closely with L2 and L1 teams along with Vendor support coordination

• Staying updated with industry trends and advancements in cloud technology

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
