Experience with  database migration tools and strategies .
Knowledge of  performance tuning ,  query optimization , and  indexing .
Familiarity with  backup and recovery mechanisms .
Understanding of  security best practices  for databases.
Good-to-Have
Certification in  Google Cloud Professional Database Engineer .

Experience with  data replication ,  high availability , and  failover strategies .
Exposure to  Big Query  and  data warehousing concepts .
Knowledge of  Dev Ops tools  for database automation
