Experience
5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, and data analytics.
Core Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with strong focus on performance and usability
Write and optimize complex DAX measures for analytical and business reporting needs
Work extensively with advanced SQL , including queries on denormalized schemas
Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports
Technical Skills (Must-Have)
Power BI (Desktop & Service)
Strong DAX (measures, calculated columns, time intelligence)
Advanced SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning)
Experience working with large datasets and analytical models
Bonus / Good-to-Have Skills
ETL experience (data ingestion, transformation, validation)
Exposure to Spark / Databricks
Familiarity with Azure ecosystem and Microsoft Fabric
Working experience in AWS environments
