Roles & Responsibilities
- POI / Mapping Experience is preferred
- Provide recommendations for improvement of the mapping process
- Coordinate with team members and other team leads for smooth execution of the project Drive service delivery performance
- Escalation Management
- Risk Management
- Meeting defined goals and for productivity, quality and efficiency
- Deep understanding of project domains, and people management and tools such as workflow management system
- Support Project Manager with timely inputs on project progress and team performance
- Client coordination resolving technical queries from the team for any escalations/resolutions
- Staffing, Training Need Identification & Training Effectiveness
- Project planning and delivery management
- Periodic status review meeting
- Manage and monitor performance
