We are hiring Full Stack Developer Interns who are excited to work on real products, live systems, and emerging technologies, and who want to grow through hands-on, production-level development.
Role Overview
Lumenar is seeking Full Stack Developer Interns to support the development and maintenance of production-grade web and mobile applications.
This role offers hands-on experience working on live systems used by real users and exposure to modern full-stack development practices.
NOTE:
This position is meant for candidates with prior practical experience and is not suitable for absolute beginners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications in a production environment
- Build responsive and scalable user interfaces using React, Next.js, and Type Script
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
- Design, manage, and optimize Mongo
DB data models
- Integrate Firebase services, including Authentication and Firestore
- Implement authentication and authorization workflows
- Manage media uploads and cloud storage integrations
- Translate Figma designs into functional and accessible user interfaces
- Deploy and maintain applications on AWS (EC2, S3)
- Manage environment-based configurations
- Collaborate using Git and Git Hub for version control and code reviews
- Debug, test, and optimize features in live applications
- Follow clean code practices, documentation standards, and structured workflows
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver production-ready features
Technical Requirements
- Hands-on experience with the MERN stack (Mongo
DB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
- Practical experience with Next.js and Type Script
- Experience working with Firebase (Authentication and Firestore or Realtime Database)
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
- Understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles
- Ability to translate Figma designs into working interfaces
- Beginner to intermediate experience with AWS (EC2, S3)
- Proficiency with Git and Git Hub
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
- Active Git Hub profile with real, working projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to React Native
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization concepts
- Basic understanding of CI/CD or deployment workflows
- Awareness of application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Interest in Web3, AI-driven systems, or supply chain technologies
Project Exposure
Interns will contribute to a live production project called "CLUTCH", developed for Varsity Sports India LLP. The project includes a modern web platform, a cross-platform mobile application, and a shared backend infrastructure serving multiple applications.
