About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Level 3 Zscaler Technical Specialist to join our security operations team. This role requires deep expertise in Zscaler architecture, deployment, and advanced troubleshooting, supporting enterprise‑scale security infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments.

✅ Must‑Have Technical Skills

- Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)
- Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
- Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX)
- Zscaler Tunnel Edition (ZTE)
- Strong expertise in Zscaler architecture & deployments
- Hands‑on experience with Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC)

➕ Good‑to‑Have Skills

- Branch Connector implementation
- Cloud Connector implementation

- Experience with hybrid/cloud security environments

️ Key Responsibilities

- Provide L3 security infrastructure operations support including firewall filtering, SSL inspection, URL filtering, and application cloud control
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex connectivity and access issues across Zscaler platforms
- Manage incident, change, problem, and escalation processes related to security infrastructure
- Perform packet analysis using tools such as Wireshark
- Work hands‑on with ZIA, ZPA, ZDX admin portals and ZTE implementations
- Configure and support Cloud Connector and Branch Connector setups
- Conduct security testing, vulnerability assessments, and risk analysis
- Research and evaluate latest security standards, systems, and authentication protocols
- Provide technical guidance and resolution for issues related to ZIA, ZPA, and ZCC
