Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Now Developer with strong expertise in Service Now Customer Service Management (CSM) to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in Service Now development, scripting, platform customization, and modern Service Now capabilities such as Now Assist and App Engine Studio.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Service Now platform, with primary focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) and ITSM

Configure and customize Service Now applications using client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, and ACLs

Develop and enhance Case Management, workflows, and automation for CSM modules

Work extensively with Service Now scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)

Build and manage applications using App Engine Studio

Implement and support Now Assist features and AI-driven capabilities

Integrate Service Now with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs

Configure and maintain CAD (Customer Application Development) components as required

Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions

Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices, governance, and security standards

Support deployments, upgrades, and platform enhancements

Must-Have Primary

Strong hands-on experience with Service Now ITSM

Expertise in Service Now Customer Service Management (CSM)

Now Assist implementation and usage

Service Now Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)

App Engine Studio

CAD (Customer Application Development)
