Technical Lead – Embedded Hardware
Hyderabad | Mid–Senior Level (4-5 years)

At ONYX Components and Systems Pvt Ltd, we work at the intersection of hardware innovation, application engineering, and next-generation edge intelligence. We collaborate with global semiconductor innovators to help OEMs, startups, and R&D teams turn bold ideas into real, production-ready systems.
We’re now looking for a Technical Lead - Embedded Hardware & Solutions who can architect systems, lead hardware bring-up, guide engineers, and work directly with customers to drive real design wins.

What You’ll Do
Architect and design embedded hardware systems using MCUs, sensors, power devices, wireless modules, and AI accelerators
Lead circuit design, schematics, BOMs, and PCB reviews for production-grade hardware
Own board bring-up and advanced debugging (signal integrity, power, timing, protocols)
Guide firmware integration (Embedded C/C++, FreeRTOS preferred) to validate hardware
Build PoCs and reference designs for applications like predictive maintenance, low-power IoT, edge AI, and industrial sensing
Act as a customer-facing technical leader, advising on architecture and solving integration challenges
Mentor and lead a young, high-energy team of hardware and application engineers

What We’re Looking For
4-5 years of hands-on experience in embedded hardware design & system integration
Strong fundamentals in analog & mixed-signal design, sensor interfaces, and power basics
Solid experience with MCU/SoC interfaces (I²C, SPI, UART, CAN, etc.)
Deep debugging skills using oscilloscopes, logic analysers, protocol analysers
Working knowledge of Embedded C/C++ and real-time systems

Bonus if you have:
Multi-layer PCB design/review experience
Interest or experience in edge AI / TinyML
Prior customer-facing or solution-engineering roles
