Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced  Network / Security Administrator  to manage and strengthen enterprise network security and connectivity operations. The role demands strong hands-on expertise across network security platforms, cloud networking, and enterprise infrastructure, along with the ability to lead BAU operations and project implementations in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage  network security operations , ensuring high availability and smooth functioning.
Handle  network-related incidents, service requests, and change management , ensuring adherence to SLAs and ITIL processes.
Actively manage support tickets, maintain clear customer communication, and meet defined timelines.
Develop and maintain  network standards, architectural documentation (HLD/LLD), and transition plans  for BAU operations.
Lead and support  network and security project implementations .
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and best practices.
Provide  technical mentorship , encourage collaboration, and uphold corporate ethics.
Support  Meraki Network Management  and enterprise networking environments.

Core Technical Skills (Must-Have)
Checkpoint Firewall (Appliance & Virtualized)  – configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
Smart Console MDS  management.
Zscaler VPN & Proxy  – ZPA, ZIA.
Cisco ISE & Cisco Wireless  technologies.
AWS & Azure Networking  (hybrid cloud environments).
Strong expertise in  routing, switching, firewall, and VPN concepts .
Solid understanding of  WAN, LAN, and Wireless implementations .
Network design experience  – HLD & LLD documentation.
Advanced  troubleshooting and packet-level analysis  skills.

Good-to-Have Skills
F5 Load Balancer / WAF .
Tufin and Illumio  management.
Cisco Routing & Switching  – EIGRP, BGP, OSPF.
Automation & scripting  – Ansible / Python.
AWS Cloud Security , including AWS WAF.
Infrastructure as Code exposure –  Terraform .
