Candidate should have hands on development experience

3 - 5 years of experience with Managed File Transmissions Platform/Service (Seeburger BIS, IBM Connect:

Direct) and communication protocols;

Understanding of X.509 certificates and SSH keys, Linux, Java (or similar);
Understanding of relational databases and SQL;

Excellent communication and troubleshooting/problem solving skills;
Experience using application logs to investigate and remedy customer configuration and connectivity issues
