Must-Have Qualifications
- 6–8 years hands-on with SAP BODS (Data Services), including:
- Complex ETL design, transforms, parameters/variables, scripts, custom functions, and reusable objects.
- Data Quality (parsing, cleansing, matching) and profiling.
- Performance tuning and pushdown strategies.
- Strong experience with SAP ECC/S/4
HANA extractors, IDoc/RFC/ABAP readers, ODP, and BW/HANA targets.
- Proficient with SQL (Oracle/SQL Server/SAP HANA), views, indexing, and stored procedures.
- Experience with version control (Git or equivalent) and transport/promote processes.
- Solid understanding of data modeling (3NF, star/snowflake) and data warehousing concepts.
- Proven delivery across migration & integration projects with auditing and reconciliation.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
