Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced L2 Support Engineer who can handle complex technical and application support issues in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, analytical, and capable of working independently on critical cases.
✅ Key Requirements
• Several years of experience in Technical/Application Support roles
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
– Windows and/or Linux systems
– Databases and SQL
– Networking fundamentals
– APIs and system integrations
– SAP ERP environments
• Strong scripting skills:
Power Shell, Bash, or Python
• Ability to diagnose multi-layered and non-obvious technical issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and manage complex support cases
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale workload automation platforms
• Exposure to SaaS-based scheduling or hybrid execution models
• Experience with SAP products beyond SAP ERP
• Knowledge of additional ERP platforms
