As an SAP Success Factors Employee Central Lead level consultant, below are the responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 End 2 End Implementation and 5 Support project experience.
- Lead E2E Implementation projects as SF EC Lead
- Configure Success Factors Employee Central to meet Customer needs, including organization structure, employee data fields, workflows, and business rules.
- Configure Success Factors Employee Central to meet Customer needs, including Sub Modules for Time Management & Benefits
- Support activities, such as system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
- Lead or participate in system integration efforts, ensuring seamless data exchange between Success Factors and other HR systems.
- Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions.
- Work with the Product Manager & IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration, data integrity, and system performance
- Document system configurations, processes, and user guides for reference and future enhancement
Technical
Experience:
1) Certified in Success Factors Employee Central Solution
2) Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for Success Factors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices.
3) Must have worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules and workflows
