Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP – BTP Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in ABAP on HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and integrating SAP solutions across S/4
HANA and BTP environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance applications using SAP ABAP (ABAP on HANA) .
Develop extensions and applications on SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry / Neo).
Work on CDS Views, AMDP, RAP, and OData services .
Develop and enhance Fiori/UI5 applications and BTP-based extensions.
Integrate SAP S/4
HANA with SAP BTP using APIs, CPI, and OData services.
Perform code optimization, debugging, and performance tuning.
Support implementation, upgrade, and production support activities.
Prepare technical documentation and support UAT activities.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
Strong experience in ABAP on HANA (CDS Views, AMDP).
Hands-on experience with SAP BTP (extensions, services, security).
Experience with OData services, REST APIs , and integration techniques.
Knowledge of RAP / CAP is a plus.
Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 is preferred.
Exposure to SAP CPI and cloud integrations is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CAP model , event mesh, or workflows on BTP.
SAP ABAP / BTP certifications.
Experience in multi-cloud deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Exposure to SAP RISE and SAP GROW programs.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Azure Dev Ops).
