We are looking for an experienced Program Manager (PMO) to own and drive end-to-end delivery of customer programs. This is a senior individual contributor role with complete ownership of a portfolio of projects—from contract receipt to delivery, hypercare, billing, renewals, and repeat business.
You will be the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes and client communication, ensuring predictable execution, strong governance, and high customer satisfaction while protecting engineering productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Portfolio Ownership
Own delivery of projects across Fixed Bid, T&M, and AMC/Subscription models
Establish and manage baselines for scope, schedule, effort, milestones, and billing
Track and control risks, dependencies, and variances using PMO-defined metrics
Ensure adherence to the full delivery lifecycle:
Initiation → Planning → Execution → Deployment → Closure → Hypercare → AMC
Client Communication & Governance
Act as the single owner for all client-facing communication
Lead weekly status reports, review meetings, milestone sign-offs, and escalations
Manage billing, invoicing, documentation handover, and project closure
Shield engineering teams from unplanned or ad-hoc client requests
Lead QBRs and executive reviews with senior stakeholders
Cross-functional Execution
Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Dev Ops, MLOps, Hardware, Field Services, and vendors
Resolve cross-team dependencies and execution bottlenecks proactively
Ensure readiness across design, testing, and deployment phases
PMO, QMS & Compliance
Enforce PMO charter, SOPs, templates, and QMS standards
Maintain audit-ready documentation in Click Up
Drive PMO/QMS audits and closure of corrective actions
Ensure strict change control post scope and plan freeze
Scope Management & Revenue Growth
Own scope management and formal change control
Convert approved change requests into revenue upsell opportunities
Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and account expansion
Identify new use cases and growth opportunities through execution insights

Hybrid Waterfall + Agile delivery models
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field
5–8 years of experience as a Project / Program Manager
Experience with enterprise clients and cross-functional programs
Startup or IT services background preferred
PMP certification – preferred
