Tech Lead (Full-Stack) | Property Fish by Anya Infotech Private Limited
Are you ready to lead the technical evolution of a modern real estate ecosystem? At Property Fish, we are simplifying property discovery through transparency and local intelligence. We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to join our Hyderabad office and spearhead the development of our scalable digital marketplace.
As the Tech Lead, you will bridge the gap between complex business logic and seamless user experiences, mentoring a focused team of junior developers to build high-impact features.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect & Code:
Lead the end-to-end development of the Property Fish platform using the MERN stack.
- Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor front-end and back-end juniors, ensuring code quality through rigorous peer reviews.
- Strategic Planning:
Collaborate directly with leadership to translate product roadmaps into technical specifications.
- Scalability:
Optimize application performance for high-traffic property listings and integrated utility services.
- Problem Solving:
Tackle complex architectural challenges in a fast-paced startup environment.
Technical Requirements
- Frontend:
Expert-level proficiency in React.js, including hooks, state management (Redux/Context API), and responsive design.
- Backend:
Strong mastery of Node.js and Express for building secure, scalable APIs.
- Database:
Experience with Mongo
DB or Postgre
SQL, focusing on data integrity and query optimization.
- Lead
Experience:
Proven track record of leading small engineering teams or projects.
- Location:
Ability to work on-site from our Hyderabad tech office.
