3+ years of experience in Bench Sales with strong exposure to IT and Embedded technologies
Hands-on experience in marketing consultants (W2/C2C) on US job portals
Strong understanding of IT & Embedded skill sets, market trends, and client requirements
Experience working with Tier-1 vendors, direct clients, and system integrators
Good knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
